Olivia Rodrigo is using her GUTS World Tour to support abortion and reproductive rights. The global trek, which formally kicked off on February 23 in California, will see the "Get Him Back!" singer using funds from her tour ticket sales to help reproductive rights in her newly launched Fund 4 Good initiative.
"The Fund 4 Good works to support all women, girls, and people seeking reproductive health freedom. The fund will directly support community-based non-profits that champion things like girls education, support reproductive rights, and prevent gender-based violence," Rodrigo explained in a video shared on TikTok. "A portion of all of the proceeds from ticket sales of the GUTS World Tour will go to Fund 4 Good, which I'm very excited about."
The North American leg of the tour will partner directly with the National Network of Abortion Funds to provide help to those impacted by health barriers and being denied their reproductive rights. During Rodrigo's tour stops, there will be a booth in which fans can learn more information about the partnership.
The 21-year-old has been vocal about supporting reproductive rights, dedicating Lily Allen's "F--k You" during her 2022 Glastonbury set to the Supreme Court for overturning Roe v. Wade. "At the end of the day, they truly don't give a s--t about freedom," she said, listing the names of judges who participated in the decision to overturn the law. "The great Capitol — we hate you." Allen joined the pop star for the performance, which BBC later removed from their YouTube channel.
