Before appearing on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Caitlyn Jenner was known for breaking the world record in the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics. Nicknamed “The World’s Greatest Athlete,” Jenner (then Bruce) was inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame in 1986.
Jenner shares two children with her ex-wife Chrystie Crownover, to whom she was married from 1972 to 1981. Jenner also shares sons Brandon and Brody with ex-wife Linda Thompson, to whom she was married from 1981 to 1986.
Jenner married Kris Jenner in 1991, becoming a stepparent to Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob Kardashian. Caitlyn and Kris welcomed daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner before the family gained international stardom from their reality series. The former couple separated in 2013, with Kris filing for divorce in 2014. One year later, Caitlyn publicly came out as a trans woman.
